Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Bonfire AI, LLC (“Bonfire AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and they govern your access to and use of the Bonfire AI website (the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.

Any third-party trademarks or content appearing on our Site are the property of their respective owners. Such third-party references are provided solely for convenience or informational purposes; they do not imply endorsement or affiliation by Bonfire AI unless explicitly stated.
Disclaimer of Warranties

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In all cases, Bonfire AI's aggregate liability for any direct damages shall be limited to U.S. $100 or the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past six months for services related to the Site, whichever is greater. The foregoing limitations form an essential basis of the agreement between you and us, and we would not provide the Site or content without such limitations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bonfire AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or relate to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any rights of another. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, will be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using this Site, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within California for the resolution of any such disputes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bonfire AI retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction to enforce its intellectual property rights.
We make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the United States. If you choose to access the Site from other jurisdictions, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Changes to These Terms
Bonfire AI may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make these changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms. By continuing to use the Site after any changes to these Terms are posted, you accept and agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Site.
